1) In the interests of accountability, 4edgetalk.com requires you to use your real name. Under no circumstance should you post a message under someone else's name, or nickname.

2) To make these discussions as friendly and useful as possible we ask that you post nothing that could be deemed inappropriate. Posting obscene, adult or abusive language, or language that is defamatory, libelous or that solicits criminal acts is strictly prohibited. Also, please remember that opposing an idea doesn't give you the right to attack an individual. Please keep your comments to the matter at hand. Messages are not prescreened. If the Moderators become aware of inappropriate behavior, they will respond at their sole discretion.

3) Posting of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material is strictly prohibited.

4) Posting of advertising or other commercial speech in the general message boards is strictly prohibited. Merchants who are not paying sponsors are welcome to participate. However, with respect to paying sponsors, non-sponsors should participate as individuals and are not permitted to post web sites, links or phone numbers to their own companies, employers, or products.

5) Commercial solicitations, by non-advertising Merchants do not belong on any of the message boards.  General users may post items for sale in the Classified Ads board. 6) It is strictly prohibited to send unsolicited commercial e-mail, threatening or harassing e-mail, or large volumes of unsolicited e-mail to message board participants.

7) It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the opinions, advice, services and other information provided through the message boards.

8) Continued disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 4edgetalk.com reserves the right to deny your usage of the message board at any time without stated reason.

9) 4edgetalk.com reserves the right (but is not obligated) to remove any material that violates this policy or that deems harmful to other participants, merchants or information providers, or to the service or business interests of 4edgetalk.com. 4edgetalk.com cannot ensure the prompt editing or removal of content that violates this policy once it has been posted.

10) Posting links to products or services in direct competition to the paying sponsors is strongly discouraged. Posting websites offering a free service (freeware and shareware) that is not in direct competition to paying sponsors is welcome. In the interest of helping one another, if you know of a product or service that would be helpful to a participant, yet is in direct competition with a paying sponsor, we ask that you post just the website & NOT a link or phone number.  If a link is posted it will be in violation of the Polices and Standards set by 4edgetalk.com moderators, the offending link will be changed to just show the website.  A private e-mail will be sent to the poster explaining their reasons for their decision. Repeated violations by the same poster may result in denial of usage of the message board at any time without stated reason.
